Force Abilities

  • The Force You are attuned with the force and can use it to do amazing things. You must have the Force ability Force User in order to use any of the abilities on this page.
  • Dark Side Any power that is used for the Dark Side of the force treats your respective attribute as 10% above normal.
  • Learning Force Abilities To purchase force abilities beyond the basic levels, one of the following requirements is needed.
    • A high enough mind attribute, determined by the GM, AND
    • Training from someone who has the level you wish to purchase. OR
    • Knowledge of the ability from ancient texts or perhaps a holocron. OR
    • Convince the GM your character has the capability to advance by themselves!
  • Force User – 30pts You learned at some point in your life that you had senses and powers the others around you did not possess. You can use the Force and purchase Force Abilities.
    • Lightsaber Construction – 10pts You can now build and repair lightsabers with the right parts and a crystal to power it.

Attack Styled:

  • Ballistakinesis (Area) – 15pts You push with the force to send dangerous debris into an area.
    • Resist: Battle
  • Corruption – 15pts – You send a blast of dark energy towards your foe.
    • Resist: Battle

    • Corruption Burst (Area) – 30pts You explode with dark energy, blasting nearby foes around you.
      • Resist: Battle

  • Dark Transfer – 10pts You pull the life force of another into you in order to heal yourself.
    • Resist: Mind
    • Dark Side
  • Earth (Area) 20pts You use your G.E.F. inborn ability to manipulate and create earth.
    • Resist: Battle

  • Fear 5pts You can instill fear into a weak minded person making them terrified of you.
    • Resist: Mind
    • Greater Fear 15pts Your mind has grown, and so has its power over others, now even those with their wits about them can be instilled with fear.

  • Grip – 20pts – Reaching out with the force you can begin to choke another lifeform. This is not an actual crushing of the throat, but rather directly acts upon the Force to prevent the lifeform from drawing in air, so while the most obvious place for aliens and creatures to breathe is the throat, it is not always necessarily the target of the ability.

  • Lightning – 15pts – You shoot lightning from yourself towards a target, electrocuting it. Zap!
    • Resist: Battle

    • Lightning Burst (Area) – 30pts You erupt with lightning all around your body, zapping everything nearby!

  • Malacia – 15pts – You create dizziness and nausea by disrupting your enemy’s equilibrium.
    • Resist: Mind
  • Pull – 15pts – You yank someone of your directly towards you by slamming them from behind with the force.
    • Resist: Battle
  • Rend – 20pts – You move a target in two different directions at once.
    • Resist: Mind
    • Dark Side
  • Slam – 15pts – You slam the force into a target before you, sending it hurtling away from you.
    • Resist: Battle
    • Possible Dark Side
    • Imbued Strength – 25pts – You time your power of the force with a single strike, such as a punch, kick, etc. Danger: while this increases the power of an action, one must be careful not to overstep the limits of one’s body. Every force has an equal and opposite force.

    • Slam Burst (Area) – 30pts – You slam the force into an area before you, sending objects or possibly people hurtling away from you.

Defense Styled:

  • Negate Energy – 20pts You use the force to negate energy directed at you, such as a blaster bolt or force lightning.
    • Resist: Mind
  • Rebuke – 20pts You rebuke a force power being used against you, such as the old Jedi mind trick.
    • Resist: Mind
      • Greater Rebuke – 30pts Not only can you stop an incoming force power, but you can send some of it back at the originator.
      • Resist: Mind
  • Trance – 10pts You place your body or anothers in a kind of trance, shutting down most of your bodies functions but the bare minimum to stay alive, reducing the need for oxygen, etc. In this state any disease or similar condition will be put in suspension as well.
    • Resist: You cannot perform this on an unwilling target, unless they are already unconscious.
      • Suspension – 25pts You are able to put yourself or another into a state similar to cryogenic freezing by manipulating the force that lives in all living beings. This halts everything, including blood flow, and can be used, among other things, to stop yourself or another from bleeding to death until the proper facilities are made available.
        • Resist: You cannot perform this on an unwilling target, unless they are already unconscious.

Move Styled:

  • Disarm – 10pts You reach out with the force, attempting to yank an opponents weapon from their grasp.
    • Resist: Battle
  • Fold Space – 30pts You are able to bend space, transporting yourself almost instantaneously from one place to another. Distance is limited by your mind attribute.
    • Resist: Mind
    • Apprentice Fold Space – 60pts You are able to transport yourself and another person or object close to your own mass.
      • Resist: Mind
      • Jedi Fold Space – 90pts You are able to transport yourself and a small area around you.
        • Resist: Mind
        • Master Fold Space 120pts You are able to transport a large area around you.
          • Resist: Mind
  • Kinetic Combat – 10pts So skilled you are with the force, that you can fight with a weapon using your mind by levitating it!
    • Resist: Battle
  • Levitate – 15pts You’re able to levitate yourself, but it is slow.
    • Flight – 30pts You are able to fly around at half your normal running speed.
      • Jedi Flight – 45pts You can fly at running speed.
        • Master Flight – 60pts You’re not quite as fast a a pod racer, but…
  • Move Object – 10pts You use the force to lift, move, pull, etc a small object around.
    • Resist: Mind
    • Apprentice Move Object – 20pts You can now handle medium objects and juggle a number of small ones.
      • Resist: Mind
      • Jedi Move Object – 40pts You can move large objects around, such as a large crate or even a small fighter ship with enough concentration. You can juggle a number of medium sized ones.
        • Resist: Mind
        • Master Move Object – 60pts You can move even large starships around with enough time and concentration. You can juggle a number of large sizes objects.
          • Resist: Mind
  • Repulse – 10pts You push out with the force all around you, clearing the area.
    • Resist: Battle
  • Surge – 25pts The force increases your motor functions, making you faster and able to jump great heights and distances.

Mind Styled:

  • Calm – 10pts You use the force to calm the mind and body of another being, making them relax.
    • Resist: Mind
    • Beast Calming – 15pts You can calm the mind of a creature, allowing you to ride the animal or leave it calm…for a time.
      • Resist: Mind
  • Mind Trick – 15pts The Force can have a strong influence on the weak minded. You are able to trick people into believing something they do not by saying something to them and a small gesture.
    • Resist: Mind
    • Multi-Mind Trick – 35pts You can now fool more than one target with the old jedi mind trick. How many? Well…you’ll just have to experiment.
      • Resist: Mind
  • Telepathy – 10pts You are able to communicate a word or two through your mind to another willing recipiant, along with a basic emotion behind it. Beware, as others with this ability have a chance of eavesdropping.
    • Resist: Mind
    • Apprentice Telepathy – 20pts You can communicate a word or two and an emotion to a group people.
      • Resist: Mind
      • Jedi Telepathy – 30pts You can say up to a sentence and wait for a sentence in response with a group of people.
        • Resist: Mind
      • Master Telepathy – 40pts You can carry on conversations rather than just communicate a few words with a group of people. The ability to do this however has been lost to force users over time, and no one has yet re-discoevered its secret. Unless you count those crazy Fulminar force using things.

Self Styled:

  • Bond – 15pts You form a connection with another force user. Doing so bonds the two force users together, making them able to communicate through telepathy over long distances, even without Master telepathy. They can share emotions and thoughts. If enough time is spent bonded to another, it is even possible for a master to train an apprentice. Other unforseen benefits, and perhaps negatives, may also develop, depending on the relationship the force users have with each other.
  • Exemption – 15pts Your mastery of the force lets you exclude targets from your powers. Such as when using Slam, Ballistakinesis, Advanced Mind Trick, Lightning Burst, etc. Only those with powerful minds can take this ability.
  • Farseeing – 10pts You can send your conciousness into the force, seeking answers in the past, present, or future.
    • Attribute: Mind
    • Psychometry – 15pts You handle an object and concentrate on its past with farseeing, allowing you to witness key or critical events that took place by its wielder or possibly the area around it.
      • Attribute: Mind
  • Meditation – 15pts With proper meditation and time you are able to attune yourself to the force so deeply, that the next time you call upon it, the results will be greater than your normal abilities. Your corresponding attribute is treated as 5% above normal for your next force using action.
  • Sense – 5pts You can stretch out with the force and sense the area around you, searching for abnormalities in the force, be it force artifacts or force users. You do not get cardinal directions, but more a feeling that they are close or far away.
    • Resist: Mind
    • Jedi Sense – 10pts You can now tell what people are feeling by concentrating in the force. You can attempt to hide your own presence from other force users. Your range on sensing is increased and you get a better idea of the targets location than just close or far.
      • Resist: Mind
    • Sense Primal – 10pts You have spent so much time in a diverse wilderness that you’ve learned the nuances of of the living Force at work within the ecosystem. When you are within a natural wilderness area, you can tap into the living Force of the area and get a general sense of living creatures within it, up to a distance.

  • Vital Transfer – 10pts You send your own life force into another in order to heal them.
  • X Force Power A force power you want that isn’t on the list!

Racial Abilities:

  • Genetically Engineered Force You were created to use the Force, granting you a unique force ability.
